Brewery Profile

Fighting Hand Brewing Company

For visitors looking at Pineville’s local beer options, this is a straightforward taproom stop on Military Highway rather than a restaurant or a large entertainment complex. Fighting Hand Brewing Company gives craft beer drinkers in the community a place to gather over draft pours, with the day’s selection best confirmed at the bar when you arrive. Because no specific beer list is provided in advance here, it is better to think of the visit as a local taproom experience: walk in, see what is pouring, ask questions if needed, and settle in for a casual stop in Pineville.

Travelers moving through central Louisiana often look for places that reflect the local craft beer scene without requiring a full meal commitment. A brewery like this fits that pattern well, especially for people who want a break from chain restaurants or who prefer to sample local beer in the place where it is served. Since the available styles are not specified, visitors should not assume a particular lineup of lagers, IPAs, stouts, or seasonal beers before checking the taps. The appeal is in making a short, flexible stop and seeing what the brewery is serving that day.

The taproom operates with a Bring Your Own Food policy, so guests may bring meals with them rather than relying on an in-house kitchen. Food trucks are hosted occasionally, but those appearances are announced through the brewery’s social media, making it worth checking before planning around one. Regular hours run Wednesday through Saturday, with extended availability on the weekend. Anyone making a special trip should confirm current hours and food truck updates before heading to Military Highway, while those already nearby can treat it as a practical evening or weekend stop for local beer in Pineville.

Fighting Hand Brewing Company operates in Pineville, Louisiana, offering a taproom environment with a Bring Your Own Food (BYOF) policy.
