City Brewing Co. functions as the largest full-service co-manufacturer in the United States, specializing in providing co-packing services for major beverage brands across multiple categories, including beer, hard seltzers, traditional flavored malt beverages (FMBs), spirit-based ready-to-drink (RTD) products, and premium non-alcoholic beverages. The company operates four large-scale production facilities located nationally in La Crosse, Wisconsin; Memphis, Tennessee; Latrobe, Pennsylvania; and Irwindale, California. The historic La Crosse plant, situated in the Midwest, has been modernized to handle diverse beverage production and packaging needs, offering capacity for cans, bottles, and kegs. This flagship La Crosse facility alone maintains an annual capacity of 80 million cases, positioning it as one of the largest single beverage producers in the country. The Memphis location also contributes 80 million cases in annual capacity, while the Latrobe and Irwindale facilities provide 40 million and 75 million cases, respectively, ensuring extensive national reach for co-manufacturing clients. City Brewing Co. focuses exclusively on high-volume contract production rather than proprietary brand development or public taproom operations.
