Veterans, police officers, firefighters, and paramedics often battle PTSD, anxiety, depression, and isolation. At Horses & Heroes Inc., they discover safety, connection, and hope in the quiet presence of rescued horses who have also survived trauma. Learn how Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) helps individuals rebuild trust, regulate emotions, and rediscover connection.
