Beer Profile
Shiner Holiday Cheer
Shiner Holiday Cheer is a Dunkelweizen that blends traditional Bavarian dark wheat ale characteristics with unique Texas influences. This 5.4% ABV beer features a rich malt backbone from malted barley and wheat, offering toasted bread and caramel notes. The addition of roasted pecans provides a gentle nutty depth, while subtle peach accents lend a delicate fruity brightness. Its smooth mouthfeel is achieved through Kräusening, enhancing drinkability and balance. At 22 IBU, the bitterness is low, allowing the malt and adjunct flavors to take center stage. The beer pours a deep amber-brown with a creamy off-white head.
