Crystal Heart is a West Coast Style IPA brewed in collaboration with Nepenthe Brewing Co. This 6.7% ABV IPA features a robust hop profile derived from Cascade, Chinook, CTZ, Centennial, and Simcoe, including Simcoe Cryo. The resulting aroma is intensely resinous, dominated by classic notes of pine and sharp grapefruit zest. On the palate, the assertive bitterness characteristic of the style is balanced by underlying tones of sweet citrus fruit. This IPA presents a clear, bright appearance and a dry finish, emphasizing the pungent hop character.
