This White IPA blends the assertive hop profile typical of a West Coast IPA with the complex character derived from Belgian yeast and wheat. Brewed with a significant portion of wheat, it offers a slightly hazy appearance and a smoother mouthfeel. Aggressively dry-hopped, the aroma is dominated by bright citrus and pine notes. Fermentation with Belgian yeast contributes subtle spice and fruit esters, layering complexity over the substantial hop bitterness. At 7.5% ABV, it provides significant flavor depth while maintaining a refreshing, hop-forward finish.
