Beer Profile

BLUEBERRY BLONDE

Blueberry Blonde is a lightly hopped blonde ale infused with 140 pounds of blueberry puree during fermentation. The addition of blueberries lends a subtle fruitiness and a gentle tartness that complements the malt's soft, biscuity sweetness. This beer pours a clear, golden hue with a delicate aroma of fresh berries and mild floral notes. The mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing, balancing the bright blueberry character with a clean, crisp finish.
