Beer Profile

Boreal Rays

Boreal Rays is a hazy Double IPA that showcases a rich, juicy profile with vibrant tropical and citrus hop aromas. This beer pours a cloudy golden-orange, characteristic of its haze, and offers a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. Expect flavors of ripe pineapple, mango, and grapefruit balanced by a moderate bitterness that rounds out the finish. The soft carbonation and creamy texture highlight a malt backbone that supports the hops without overpowering, making it approachable yet flavorful for fans of juicy, hop-forward beers.
