Mountain Mango Kettle Sour

This light kettle sour features a bright, tart profile balanced by significant additions of mango and blood orange puree. Poured a hazy orange, the aroma offers prominent tropical fruit notes with a hint of citrus acidity. The low bitterness (10 IBU) allows the fruit flavors to dominate the palate. An incorporation of lactose lends a subtle sweetness and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel, enhancing the fruit character while maintaining a refreshingly low ABV of 4.5%.
