Beer Profile
Midnight Swim
Midnight Swim is a Belgian Style Strong Dark Ale characterized by its deep mahogany color and complex flavor profile. At 7.6% ABV, the brew offers rich notes of dark fruit, including plum, raisin, and fig, balanced by the distinctive spice character imparted by Belgian yeast fermentation. Subtle hints of caramel and toasted malt provide a sturdy foundation. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied with a soft carbonation that finishes relatively dry, allowing the intricate yeast esters and malt sweetness to linger on the palate.
