Beer Profile
Shroud of Mist
This Hazy IPA utilizes a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 hops, yielding a soft, opaque appearance and a substantial tropical fruit aroma. At 6.9% ABV, it presents a juicy profile dominated by notes of ripe mango, passionfruit, and sweet citrus zest. The mouthfeel is characteristically smooth and pillowy, minimizing bitterness while allowing the complex hop oils to linger on the palate, finishing with a gentle, fruity sweetness.
