Beer Profile
Bespoke Collective: Barrel Aged Belgian Dark Strong
Bespoke Collective: Barrel Aged Belgian Dark Strong is a full-bodied beer that showcases rich, layered complexity. It opens with aromas of ripe dark fruit and toffee, leading to flavors of molasses, dried cherry, and almond on the palate. Extended aging in oak barrels imparts additional depth, introducing subtle notes of vanilla bean and a delicate hint of bourbon. The smooth mouthfeel balances the intense character typical of the style, making it a nuanced example of a barrel-aged Belgian dark strong ale.
