Beer Profile
Heffy Dog
Heffy Dog is a classic German-style hefeweizen showcasing the traditional aroma of ripe bananas and spicy clove. It features a prominent wheat malt backbone that lends a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a slightly bready character. The beer pours a hazy golden color with a frothy white head, offering a balanced interplay between fruity esters and subtle phenolic notes. This hefeweizen delivers a refreshing, approachable profile typical of the style.
