Beer Profile
Yankee Clipper
Yankee Clipper is a British American IPA that balances floral hop complexity with bright citrus notes typical of classic IPAs. At 5.6% ABV, it offers a medium body with a crisp, refreshing finish. Aromas reveal a blend of traditional English hop earthiness alongside zesty, vibrant citrus. The malt backbone provides subtle sweetness that supports the hop character without overpowering it. This beer delivers a smooth, intricate flavor profile that bridges the heritage of British ales with the modern punch of American hop varieties.
