Rational Behavior

Rational Behavior is a hazy Double IPA that pours a pale yellow with a creamy haze, thanks to a blend of Pilsner malt, wheat, and oats. The aroma features bright lemon zest complemented by a subtle blueberry note. On the palate, it offers a soft, silky texture with gentle stone fruit flavors leading into mellow cantaloupe. The finish is semi-dry, balanced by a smooth, soft bitterness. Highlighting hops like Citra, Mosaic, and Comet, this 8.3% ABV brew delivers a juicy, approachable experience.
