This West Coast IPA offers a classic profile defined by assertive hop bitterness and a clean, dry finish. Brewed to 7% ABV and 70 IBU, it pours a clear golden hue. The aroma is dominated by Mosaic, Lotus, and Citra hops, delivering prominent notes of sharp grapefruit zest, candied orange peel, and underlying pine. On the palate, a strong resinous character quickly gives way to bright citrus flavors. The mouthfeel is crisp and medium-bodied, maintaining a significant, lingering bitterness typical of the style.
