Beer Profile

Neurotic

Neurotic is an experimental beer crafted solely from barley, hops, yeast, and water, yet it delivers a surprising complexity of fruity aromas and flavors. The nose features bright, fresh fruit notes that complement the subtle malt backbone. On the palate, hints of citrus and tropical fruit interplay with a clean, crisp bitterness, creating a balanced and intriguing character. Its appearance is typically clear with a light to medium amber hue, and the mouthfeel is smooth with moderate carbonation, highlighting the delicate interplay between simplicity in ingredients and depth of flavor.
