Beer Profile
Appalachian Fog
Appalachian Fog is a hazy New England-style IPA with a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel from a blend of pale, pilsner, wheat malts, and oats. At 7.2% ABV, it offers a tropical aroma and flavor profile driven by Amarillo, Mosaic, Azacca, and Eukanot hops added during the whirlpool and fermentation. The beer’s juicy notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus are complemented by a subtle hint of darker malt character, balancing its bright fruitiness with depth. Its cloudy, golden-orange appearance aligns with the hazy style, delivering a soft, creamy texture and moderate bitterness.
