Past the Pines is a West Coast-style pilsner brewed with a clean, crisp base of 100% Pilsner malt. It showcases a bright hop character, starting with floral and spicy notes from Saphir during the boil, enhanced by the tropical fruit aromas of Nectaron in the whirlpool. The dry hopping with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Galaxy contributes layers of citrus, pine, and stone fruit, lending a vibrant and balanced bitterness. At 5.5% ABV, it offers a refreshing mouthfeel with a taut malt backbone, making it a modern interpretation of the classic pilsner with distinctive hop-driven complexity.
