Beer Profile
Bergen County Brewer’s Reserve
Bergen County Brewer’s Reserve is a barrel-aged imperial stout matured for over 18 months in bourbon barrels. This 11.3% ABV stout presents rich aromas of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and vanilla, layered with subtle bourbon notes from the extended aging. The palate reveals deep, complex flavors of roasted malt, caramel, and oak, balanced by a warming alcohol presence and smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. Without added adjuncts, the character comes solely from the malt and barrel influence, delivering a naturally developed, robust stout experience.
