Doom Speaker is a 14.5% ABV imperial stout aged for 24 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon and sherry barrels. This intense stout offers a thick, velvety mouthfeel with deep flavors of rich baker’s chocolate and fudge, balanced by smoky char and pronounced oak from extended barrel aging. Aromas of vanilla and subtle sherry sweetness complement the roasted cocoa nibs and a cool hint of peppermint, adding complexity to each sip. The interplay of bourbon warmth and dark chocolate notes creates a heavy, indulgent experience with layers of smoky, woody character and a lingering finish.
