Beer Profile
Slim Hazy
Slim Hazy is a hazy style beer characterized by its cloudy, golden-orange appearance and soft, pillowy mouthfeel. It offers a juicy aroma with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and a hint of floral hops. The flavor profile balances bright fruitiness—think ripe mango, pineapple, and grapefruit—with a gentle malt backbone, creating a smooth, refreshing finish. Moderate bitterness supports the sweetness without overpowering, making it approachable and flavorful. Slim Hazy exemplifies the approachable, aromatic character typical of the hazy beer style.
