Beer Profile

Hatch Chile Gatos

This brew features the distinctive, earthy character of roasted Hatch green chiles. The aroma offers a subtle blend of vegetal spice and smoke, underlying a malty backbone. On the palate, the beer delivers a mild warmth and savory complexity from the peppers, balanced by a clean, moderate body. It pours a clear golden hue with a persistent head. The finish is crisp, leaving a lingering, gentle chile heat without overwhelming the base beer.
