Kapka Rosy is a traditional Czech-style pilsner, brewed using floor-malted Bohemian malt and exclusively hopped with Czech Saaz. This 5.3% ABV lager presents a bright golden clarity and a clean, refreshing profile. The aroma offers delicate floral notes layered over a substantial, bready malt foundation. On the palate, a crisp bitterness from the Saaz hops balances the inherent malt sweetness, introducing subtle herbal and spicy undertones. Fermented and lagered cold, this beer delivers a refined balance of subtle hop character and smooth, substantial maltiness, resulting in high drinkability.
