Beer Profile

Hatch Chile Gatos

Hatch Chile Gatos is a unique brew that integrates the distinct, earthy character of New Mexico's Hatch green chiles into a balanced beer base. The aroma immediately presents notes of roasted pepper, subtle smoke, and a hint of vegetal sweetness. On the palate, the beer offers a mild, approachable heat that complements the malt structure without overwhelming it. This medium-bodied offering finishes clean, leaving a lingering, pleasant warmth and the signature flavor of fire-roasted chiles.
