Beer Profile
(She's so Hefe)
(She's so Hefe) is a classic German-style Hefeweizen that pours a hazy golden amber with a creamy white head. Aromas of ripe banana and clove mingle lightly with hints of wheat and subtle citrus. The flavor follows with smooth malt sweetness, bright fruitiness, and a touch of spicy yeast character, balanced by a moderate carbonation that gives it a refreshing, crisp finish. At 5.4% ABV, this beer offers a well-rounded, easy-drinking profile typical of traditional German wheat beers.
