Beer Profile

Rosemary's Snow Baby

Rosemary's Snow Baby is a porter that offers a rich, dark malt profile complemented by subtle herbal notes from rosemary. Its deep brown color invites aromas of roasted coffee and cocoa balanced by a fresh, piney herbal scent. On the palate, smooth roasted malt flavors merge with hints of earthiness and a faint herbaceous character, creating a balanced and approachable mouthfeel. Moderate bitterness supports the complexity without overpowering the gentle aromatic qualities, making it a distinctive take on the classic porter style.
