Beer Profile

Spekulicious

Spekulicious is a cookie ale that blends malty sweetness with warm, spice-infused notes reminiscent of traditional holiday cookies. The aroma features inviting hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, complemented by a smooth malt backbone. On the palate, it offers a balance of gentle sweetness and spice, with flavors evoking gingerbread and brown sugar. Medium-bodied with a soft, creamy mouthfeel, this ale delivers a comforting character that pairs well with cool weather. The collaboration with Servatii adds depth to the spice profile, making it a nuanced, flavorful take on the cookie ale style.
