Beer Profile

Rise n Shine

Rise n Shine is a stout characterized by its jet-black appearance topped with a velvety tan head. Conditioned with medium roast Puerto Rican coffee, it offers an aromatic profile blending roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate, and molasses. The coffee adds bright hints of toasted hazelnut, subtle citrus, and earthy undertones, creating complexity that carries through the finish. This full-bodied brew provides a smooth yet lively experience with a gently warming mouthfeel.
