Beer Profile
Christmas Ale
Christmas Ale is a holiday ale with an 8% ABV that offers a rich, warming character suited to the season. It features a deep amber color and a complex aroma of spices, caramel malt sweetness, and subtle fruitiness. The flavor balances malty richness with festive notes of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, creating a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. Moderate bitterness provides structure without overpowering the sweet spice profile, making it a comforting choice for cooler weather.
