Beer Profile
Night Watch
Night Watch is a Black IPA that balances the roasted malt character of a stout with the bright hop bitterness of an IPA. Its deep ebony color hints at flavors of dark chocolate and coffee, while piney, citrusy hop aromas provide a lively contrast. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied with a crisp finish, showcasing a complex interplay between roasted richness and bitter hop notes.
