This Baltic-style porter pours a deep, opaque brown with subtle ruby highlights. Aromas of rich cacao and dark chocolate merge with vanilla and oak from a 12-month aging in bourbon barrels. On the palate, robust roasted malt flavors are complemented by bittersweet chocolate notes, layered with warming bourbon warmth and hints of caramel and spice. The full-bodied mouthfeel carries a smooth, velvety texture, balanced by a restrained bitterness. At 12.5% ABV, it delivers a warming complexity while maintaining drinkability for a barrel-aged porter.
