This Imperial IPA, clocking in at 9.5% ABV and a robust 100 IBU, utilizes a foundation of pilsner malt for a clean, pale canvas. A massive charge of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, enhanced by Cryo and Incognito products, defines the aggressive profile. The aroma and flavor present a complex interplay of dank resin and bright tropical fruit, specifically notes of ripe pineapple and mixed berries. Despite its high gravity and significant bitterness, the beer maintains a surprisingly drinkable character, finishing firm and intensely hop-forward.
