Beer Profile
B.A. Belgian Quadrupel
This Belgian Quadrupel offers a complex profile, starting with the traditional dark fruit notes of fig, raisin, and caramel malt. Aged in Haykin Family Ciders Apple Brandy barrels, the beer develops layers of subtle apple warmth and oak spice, complementing the Quad's inherent sweetness. With an ABV of 9% and a moderate 30 IBU, the mouthfeel is full and warming. This deep amber ale is also brewed to be gluten-reduced.
