Water Baptism is a seasonal India Pale Ale brewed exclusively with freshly harvested, undried Simcoe hops. This wet-hopping process imparts an intensely green, resinous, and highly aromatic profile distinct from standard IPAs. Expect prominent notes of pine sap, bright citrus zest, and earthy undertones on the nose. The flavor delivers a sharp, clean bitterness balanced by the unique, vibrant character of the Simcoe cone. It pours a hazy gold with a medium body and a crisp, refreshing finish.
