Beer Profile

Butter Queer

This Porter offers a rich, malty foundation with a moderate 6% ABV. The profile is built upon prominent roasty notes, characteristic of the style, which provide depth and structure. Aromas of sweet vanilla complement the darker malts. On the palate, a distinct butterscotch character emerges, lending a subtle sweetness and creamy texture to the finish. This dark ale balances traditional roast bitterness with smooth, confectionery flavors.
