Beer Profile

Coolorado

Coolorado is a fresh hop IPA brewed to capture the vibrant, ephemeral character of newly harvested hops. This 6.1% ABV India Pale Ale showcases intense aromas of pine, damp earth, and bright citrus zest, derived from hops used immediately after picking. The flavor profile is crisp and grassy, balancing a moderate bitterness with a clean, slightly resinous finish. It pours a clear gold with a sturdy white head, offering a medium body and a refreshing, dry mouthfeel that highlights the unique seasonal hop oils.
