ZOIGL-BLACK

This Black Lager, or Schwarzbier, pours deep mahogany with ruby edges and a persistent tan head. At 4.8% ABV and 24 IBU, it offers a surprisingly light body for its dark appearance. The aroma features subtle notes of roasted malt, dark bread crust, and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, a clean lager fermentation allows the delicate roast character to shine, providing flavors of mild coffee and dark chocolate without any harsh bitterness or heavy sweetness. The finish is crisp, dry, and exceptionally smooth.
