This 8.3% ABV Winter Warmer pours with a rich, dark hue, built upon a foundation of chocolate and caramel malts that deliver notes of dark fruit, cocoa, and sweet toffee. Aged for a year in whiskey barrels, the beer develops warming characteristics of vanilla, toasted oak, and subtle baking spice. The complexity is further enhanced by additions of blueberry and sweet orange peel, resulting in a layered, comforting profile ideal for cold weather. The IBU clocks in at 20, allowing the malt and barrel character to dominate the palate.
