Beer Profile
HOLLYWOOD BUNGALOW
This Gose presents a vibrant, hazy pink hue, offering a refreshing balance of sweet fruit and tart salinity. Brewed with pink guava, the aroma is dominated by tropical notes—a blend of ripe pear, strawberry, and floral musk. The flavor profile leads with a gentle lactic sourness, quickly followed by the juicy, slightly acidic character of the guava. A subtle addition of sea salt enhances the classic Gose structure, providing a crisp, drying finish. At 5.5% ABV, it maintains a light body and high drinkability.
