STARPOINT GALAXY OF MY OWN HAZY IPA

This Hazy IPA utilizes a foundation of base malt, white wheat, and rolled oats, contributing to its opaque appearance and soft, full mouthfeel. It is double dry-hopped with a significant charge of Idaho 7 and Galaxy hops. The hop combination delivers intense tropical fruit notes, primarily passionfruit and citrus, complemented by subtle resinous pine from the Idaho 7. The aroma is highly expressive, centering on ripe stone fruit and mango. This beer presents a low bitterness, allowing the layered hop flavors and creamy texture to dominate the profile.
