JUICY RAPIDS

This Hazy IPA, clocking in at 6.3% ABV, utilizes thiolized yeast to amplify its tropical fruit character. A foundation of Cascade, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops in the boil sets the stage for a massive dry-hop addition of Citra, El Dorado, and Sabro. The result is a soft, opaque brew bursting with aromas of passionfruit, pineapple, and stone fruit. The mouthfeel is pillowy and smooth, delivering low bitterness and a highly aromatic, juicy finish characteristic of the modern New England style.
