Beer Profile

Galactic Glimmer

Galactic Glimmer is an IPA crafted with a base of 2 Row Barley and Carapils malts, providing a smooth and slightly bready backbone. The hop profile showcases vibrant notes of citrus and tropical fruit, derived from Citra and Australian Galaxy hops. Dry hopping with Galaxy hops intensifies the aroma, delivering bright pineapple and passionfruit aromas. The beer pours a clear golden hue with a medium body and a balanced bitterness that highlights the hop character without overpowering the malt sweetness. Galactic Glimmer offers a flavorful journey marked by juicy fruitiness and a crisp, refreshing finish.
