Eyeless is a West Coast Double IPA characterized by a bright golden hue and a clear, crisp appearance. The aroma features a bold blend of piney Chinook and CTZ hops, complemented by vibrant citrus notes from Citra and NZ Cascade. On the palate, it offers a balanced bitterness with flavors of grapefruit, resin, and tropical fruit, underpinned by a dry, medium-full body. Mosaic and Chinook Cryo hops add layers of complexity, contributing subtle herbal and stone fruit undertones. At 7.5% ABV, this beer delivers a clean, assertive bitterness typical of the style, finishing sharp and refreshing.
