Shapeshifter is a Cascadian Dark Lager that balances robust maltiness with vibrant hop character. Its deep amber to mahogany hue sets the stage for rich notes of roasted caramel and subtle chocolate, complemented by a crisp, clean finish. Whole cone Chinook, Simcoe Cryo, CTZ, and Citra hops contribute a complex aroma of pine, citrus, and resin, enhancing the beer’s layered profile. With a 7% ABV, it offers moderate strength and a smooth mouthfeel that bridges darker malt flavors with bright hop bitterness, making it a dynamic example of this hybrid style.
