Beer Profile
Dubbel Vision
Dubbel Vision is a Belgian Dubbel featuring a deep amber to mahogany hue and a modest 7.3% ABV. This beer offers a complex malt profile with notes of caramel and toffee balanced by dark fruit flavors like plum and raisin. Subtle spicy undertones reminiscent of clove and mild pepper enhance the aroma and taste without overpowering the palate. The low bitterness (18 IBU) allows the rich malt sweetness and fruit esters to take center stage, while the smooth mouthfeel provides a gentle, approachable experience typical of the traditional Trappist style.
