HI-QUAD DRIFTER is a Black Currant Belgian Quadrupel aged 19 months in red wine barrels, imparting complex layers of flavor. Its deep, dark ruby color hints at rich berry notes and ripe black currant, balanced by warming Belgian yeast esters and subtle oak influence. The aroma reveals a blend of dark fruit, wine-like tannins, and a touch of spice. On the palate, it offers full-bodied malt sweetness with underlying tartness from the currants, complemented by a smooth, velvety mouthfeel and a warming 10.4% ABV finish.
