Beer Profile

Union Bear Bock

Union Bear Bock is a traditional bock offering a rich, malty profile with deep caramel and toasty notes. Its amber to deep brown hue complements aromas of toasted bread and subtle dark fruit. The smooth mouthfeel balances sweetness with a gentle hop bitterness, creating a well-rounded character. With moderate ABV typical of the style, it provides warming complexity without overwhelming heaviness. Recognized with a Silver Medal at the 2023 US Open Beer Championships, this bock delivers classic German-inspired comfort in a craft package.
