This 6.5% ABV West Coast IPA is brewed using a blend of Strata and Simcoe hops, resulting in a highly aromatic profile. The nose offers distinct notes of sweet tropical fruit layered with classic West Coast characteristics of pine and bright citrus. While possessing the crispness expected of the style, the bitterness remains mild and balanced. It pours an extra pale hue and features a substantial body and smooth mouthfeel, providing a satisfying texture that complements the hop complexity.
