Beer Profile
Hrbek
Hrbek is a Weizenbock that balances rich malt sweetness with the characteristic banana and clove aromas typical of wheat yeast. Its amber to deep copper color hints at a fuller body, while flavors of caramel and dark fruit complement the spicy esters. At 7.7% ABV, it offers warming strength without overpowering, and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel carries the complex malt and yeast character through to a moderately sweet finish.
